These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unseen-reality.com (the "Site") and any reservation, deposit, or pre-order you make for URXR One, operated by Unseen Reality Inc. ("Unseen Reality," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Product information
URXR One is a product in development. Descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, timelines, and availability on the Site are provided for informational purposes, are subject to change, and may be updated or corrected at any time without notice. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free.
Reservations, deposits, and pre-orders
- A reservation or deposit reserves your interest in URXR One and is applied toward a future pledge or purchase. It is not a final sale and does not guarantee a delivery date.
- Any early reservation deposit is refundable only if no purchase is completed, as described at the time of payment.
- Final pricing, pledge tiers, shipping, and the full purchase terms are set out on our Kickstarter campaign and at checkout, and those terms apply to your order.
- We may cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
Payments
Payments are handled by third-party processors and crowdfunding platforms (such as Kickstarter and Stripe). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Shipping and returns
Shipping regions, timelines, and the return and warranty policy for URXR One are described on the Site and in your order confirmation. At launch, shipping availability may be limited by certification and regulatory requirements. Estimated dates are good-faith projections and may change.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and the "Unseen Reality" and "URXR" names and marks — are owned by or licensed to Unseen Reality and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
User communications
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to improve our products and services without obligation to you.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including Discord, social media, and our blog. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and linking does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Unseen Reality is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
